| RETURN POLICY
At Hey Lady our customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return
the item in the condition it was received including the original
packaging within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund
of the purchase price. THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCK FEE FOR RETURNS,
which is WAIVED FOR EXCHANGES. The fee is to cover inspection,
cleaning, and warehouse. Please be sure to repack shoes as carefully
as possible with tissue and plastic bags, and try on indoors
wearing nylons. Exchanges have no time frame deadline as long
as it is returned in it's original condition. Exchanges and

PRIOR to sending items back to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
#. Once a shoe is returned and inspected, your refund will be
processed. Any shoes with any signs of wear or not in their
original condition will not be able to be refunded.
Hey Lady will accept returns of unworn merchandise
for full refund or exchange on all NON-SALE items purchased
at www.shopheylady.com provided that the shoes, shoe box and
packaging are returned in their original condition. Those with
scuff marks on the sole, footprints on the footbed, creased
or marked uppers, soiled insoles or other signs of wear will
not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back
to you at your expense.
When trying on shoes, please be sure that you
wear hose or, if you prefer to try them on barefoot, that your
feet are clean, as not to leave toe imprints on the shoes. We
understand that part of the try-on process is walking in the
shoes, but please be sure to walk on a surface that will not
scratch or damage the soles of the shoes. We cannot resell shoes
that have toe marks or scratches on the soles and, therefore,
cannot accept such damaged shoes as returns.
Refunds on full-price/non-sale merchandise will
be made in the original form of payment. Please allow your credit
card company seven to ten business days to reflect the refund
once we've processed the return. Sale merchandise can be exchanged
for merchandise or a merchandise credit only. All shipping charges
are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping
costs related to their returns. Please note that there is a
$5 shipping fee for all sale merchandise exchanges.
Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original
sales receipt or a packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement
of the full purchase price. When no proof of purchase is available,
we refund the most current selling price charged for the items
returned to us. We regret we are unable to refund postage and
packing unless the items are found to be faulty and are being
replaced – in this case, we will cover the cost of returning
items and if possible find a suitable replacement for you. Should
you require a refund only, we are not able to refund the delivery
costs, only the value of the unwanted goods.
To process and expedite your return or exchange,
please email sales@shopheylady.com and include your name, address,
phone number, e-mail address and brief explanation of the problem.
Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear
on your billing statement.
Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the
purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via UPS and US Postal Service. Orders
submitted will be processed within 24-72 HOURS of the next BUSINESS
day, with the exception of the 3rd of October where orders may
experience a delay of up to a week as the warehouse undergoes
routine maintenance. and shipped once we receive credit card
authorization. Ground shipping time can take anywhere from 1-7
business days from the date your order was placed depending
on location. California deliveries take 1-2 days vs. East Coast
7 days. For earlier delivery, please check the UPS 2nd Day Air
or Next Day Air options or contact sales@shopheylady.com for
more information. INTERNATIONAL Orders take 3-5 business days
from date of shipment, not order date. |
